Most available programs on the Internet are TEXT TO SPEECH (which doesn’t suit your needs). Why don’t you try out “Express Scribe” (SPEECH TO TEXT) which is a free professional audio player software for PC, Mac or Linux designed to assist the transcription of audio recordings.
